At this meeting, we want to get students' thoughts and ideas on what they might want to see in a comprehensive, campus-wide leadership program at UCI.  This is the first idea-sharing meeting around the UCI Leadership Train and we welcome anyone who is interested in attending.

What is the UCI Leadership Train?

The UCI Leadership Train is a database of every student leadership training and class at UCI.  We want to expand that to be a campus-wide, collaborative effort to make leadership development training available to all students on campus throughout the academic year.  The goals of the program are to:

• Connect with the great leadership programs already in place at UCI;
• Collaborate with those programs to establish a coordinated effort at providing comprehensive, campus-wide leadership development available to all students;
• Create the programming necessary to fill in the gaps and empower students in the process.

We will achieve these goals through programs that are:
